Waiver & Release:

I do hereby acknowledge and agree for the good consideration of being permitted to engage in the canine training activities hosted by Throw Away Dogs Project/K9 Law & Order (Ulster County NY) on March 27-28-29 2026 (this includes ALL locations that the Team determines to hold activities), that I am participating in an activity that poses potentially serious risk of damage to my property, injury, or death to myself, my canine and others including other canines. 

By signinging this RELEASE & WAIVER of liability, I assume the risk of all dangers associated with participating in these canine training activities. There are intrinsic dangers associated with participation in canine training activities. Those dangers are integral to participation in such activities and include, but are not limited to, lacerations, punctures, contusions, fractures, concussions, sprains, and even death. Participation includes but is not limited to, handling a canine, assisting in sessions with a canine, and spectating in/around sessions with a canine. 

Additionally, by signing this RELEASE & WAIVER of LIABILITY, I waive and release any and ALL claims or rights to sue that I or my heirs may have in relation to my participation in these canine training activities and those risks assumed above against Throw Away Dogs Project, its Founders, Board of Directors, successors, assigns, Officers, Agents, Volunteers, ALL Team Members, Family Members, Employees of any heretofore mentioned, collectively or as Individuals. It is my intent to give up those rights and hold the above parties harmless, and I do so knowingly and voluntarily. Furthermore, I agree in consideration for and as a condition of my being allowed to participate in these canine training activities, to hereby indemnify, save, and hold harmless ALL PARTIES heretofore mentioned, from any and all claims for loss, damage, and/or injury to any third party resulting from, arising out of, during the course of, or in connecton to my participation in said canine training activities.

SPONSOR INFORMATION 

We will be in touch with you (via text message) in the next few months to confirm your spot and match you up with a Sponsor if you don't already have one. If you can get your own sponsor, PLEASE do so and let us know! This will be so helpful !

 Your Sponsors will be paying $500  for you to attend this 3 day seminar which includes 3 day real life scenario training for you and your K9 Partner, food, a gift bag, and camaraderie that all takes place in and around Ulster County.  Once you are matched up with a sponsor, we ask that you send a thank you note and maybe a patch, trading card, or a coin to your sponsor as this will be a personal thank you from you. Our Organization will also send your sponsor a personal thank you and a tax write off for their support.  We ask that you send your thank you as soon as possible and don't wait til seminar time to do this.
