Conscious, Competent, Connected: Turning Conflict Into Culture Change

As higher ed HR professionals, we are often called to guide others through conflict while balancing the needs of individuals, teams and institutions. This skills-focused, live webinar will provide practical tools to help you strengthen awareness, build confidence, and create trust across differences by transforming conflict into an opportunity for growth and connection. 

Using the Co-Active Leadership Model (Leading Within, In Front, Behind, Beside, and In the Field), this interactive session will help participants:

*Lead with awareness and intention (Conscious)
*Translate institutional values into consistent practices (Competent)
*Build trust and foster collaboration across campus communities (Connected)

Walk away with actionable strategies to amplify values-aligned behaviors, de-escalate conflict and inspire culture change.

NOTE: Approved for 2.0 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs). SHRM Activity ID will be sent to atttendees following the webinar.

Registration

 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, November 14, 2025

This form supports both individual and group registrations, with a maximum of 20 participants per submission. Start by completing the institution contact information. Then, provide the required details for each attendee. When prompted, select the total number of registrants to proceed with payment.

NC CUPA-HR welcomes the support of our sponsors. As part of their participation, sponsors may request registrant contact information. However, only the names and institutions of registrants will be shared. If you prefer to have your information shared with sponsors, please enter "Yes" in the appropriate field on the form.

Event Refund and Transfer Policy:

All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another individual affiliated with an active CUPA-HR member institution, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the event. To request a transfer, please email Jamie Williams at nccupahr@gmail.com with the subject line: "Spring 2025 Registration Transfer Request."
