Event Refund and Transfer Policy:
All registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations are transferable to another individual affiliated with an active CUPA-HR member institution, provided the transfer request is submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the event. To request a transfer, please email Jamie Williams at nccupahr@gmail.com with the subject line: "Spring 2025 Registration Transfer Request."
Photo Release Information:
By registering for this event, I grant the North Carolina Chapter of the College and University Professional Association of Human Resources (NC CUPA-HR) the right to take photographs of me in connection with the above-identified event. I authorize NC CUPA-HR its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that NC CUPA-HR may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, web content, and fundraising.
