- Proof that damages were made during shipment
- Request is submitted within 24-48 hours of recieving the item according to the recorded delivery date via shipping provider.
- A full description of the damage of the item is provided above

Please keep in mind that requests will need to be approved before a replacement will be offered. Some request will not be approved and if so unfortunately nothing can be done about the purchase in that case.
