Libro Watch Company One-Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, impact, accident, or negligence
Wear from normal use, including strap aging, scratches, or discoloration
Unauthorized repair, modification, or opening of the watch case
Water damage exceeding the manufacturer’s specifications
Battery replacement (if applicable) or routine maintenance
Libro Watch Company’s responsibility is limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Libro Watch Company, a subsidiary of Open Kimono Publishing, LLC, shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
