What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions across diverse patient populations
Design personalized, functional treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Apply hands-on techniques and evidence-based movement strategies
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management, and long-term wellness
Complete documentation during scheduled admin time (no charting after hours)
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree (MPT)
Minnesota PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care principles
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $85,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
