Dear Members of the LTCES Community,

Once again, the LTCES Board and Staff are undertaking the process of defining and creating our strategic plan for the next five years of growth. As members of the LTCES community, you are at the core of this process. Specifically, we want to learn from you what it is we are doing well, what we might improve upon, and what we might do differently so that we continue to be focused on the needs of our community.

To that end, we are asking you to complete a short survey by November 17th. We will use the information you provide to help inform our process as we plan for the future of LTCES and our community.

LTCES focuses its programming in the following three areas: After School and Youth, Healthy Communities, Garden and Healthy Foods. Based on your experience of LTCES programs, rank these areas in terms of importance to you:
