I understand and accept the requirements for this show, and also agree not to hold the Victoria Arts Council, its members, staff and volunteers, legally liable for any damages, loss or injury to person or property sustained by reason of an accident or incident occurring in or about the Victoria Arts Council. Further, any insurance coverage for loss or damage to the submitted works is my responsibility. Pick-up of unsold work must take place Sunday 21 December between 12PM by 5PM [any remaining artwork will be subject to storage fees: $10 per day per item. NB: VAC gallery and offices will be closed from 22 December 2025 -6 January 2026.]*
