Waiver and Release of Liability
By clicking “I agree,” I acknowledge that participation in baseball-related activities with the Sunny Hills Lancers Baseball Boosters Club, Inc. involves inherent risks of injury or illness. I voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby release, waive, and discharge the Sunny Hills Lancers Baseball Boosters Club, Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, coaches, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any resulting claims or expenses, authorize medical treatment if necessary, and grant permission for the use of photos or videos of the participant for promotional purposes without compensation. I have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.
