PLEASE READ! We are hiring for two positions: 1. “Shop lead” position for *weekdays* and weekends and 2. An “as needed” person who has a relatively flexible schedule and can pick up shifts once/week or so! AWESOME attitude required :) fun & creative work environment with awesome people!
Which position are you applying for?:
“Shop lead”: weekdays and weekends required! We will be flexible for the perfect person but typical schedule is Wednesday & Thursday 11-7ish, Friday 11-5ish, plus either Saturday or Sunday (sometimes day/sometimes evening) $16-$17/hr, around 25-30 hrs/week

"As needed": around one shift/week, sometimes more based on what you’re looking for! $16/hr

We are looking for versatile people who want to learn a variety of tasks. Job duties would include some of the following things: prepping candle jars (wicking, labeling, etc) as well as other product assembly, cashier/check out, supervising candle making workshops (learning and explaining steps to customers, assisting with questions, cleaning supplies, pouring wax for customers, ensuring customers are having a great time), opening and closing the store, cleaning and organizing, inventory, making and serving alcoholic drinks at the bar, as well as other duties. Do all of these things sound like something that you'd be good at and enjoy?
In addition to the duties above, the shift lead position would also include learning to pour candles and other products
Do you have bartending experience? Not required just would like to know! (Completing a BASSET online course is required if you don't already have one!)
What is your availability for the foreseeable future? This is very important as we are approaching busy season! Please note any upcoming changes to your availability in as much detail as possible.
What would your ideal schedule be and/or how many hours are you looking for? The store hours are: M&T: Closed, W&TR: 11-7p, Fri&Sat: 11-9p, Sun: 11-5p
