This form is an application and does not guarantee a vendor spot at Collector Con - if stall bookings or category stalls for each event have sold out, you will be placed on a waiting list. Please select your preferred number of tables you would like for each Collector Con event:

Payment

Tables are $115 per table and if you are successful in attaining a stall space, payment is due one month before the event.
I would like to take advantage of the 2025 table rate of $105 for the following events:

Stallholder Badges

In 2026, stallholder badges will be allocated as: 2 badges for 1-2 tables; 3 badges for 3 tables; 4 badges for 4 tables and so on. If you need additional badges, they will be $15 each. These badges are to only be used for helpers - that is people that assist you set up, are at your stall during the event and to assist you pack down.
