Coach Apprentice Addendum
I understand that no-shows or late cancellations will incur a $50 fee, and I must reschedule within one month to maintain my session. (Coach may allow exceptions in case of emergency only.)
I understand that all coaching sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase and any unused sessions will expire.
I understand that no refunds or cancellations will be issued for coaching sessions or packages. I understand that choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full package price, and payments must continue even if I pause or discontinue coaching.
I have read and agree to the Personal Financial Coaching Agreement & Coach Apprentice Addendum.
