Environmental Movement Practice Liability Waiver

By participating in the Environmental Movement Practice sessions organized by Denver Movement School and Mikhail Lantsov, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. These sessions involve outdoor exercise, fitness, and movement activities which may include uneven terrain, variable weather conditions, and group physical activities.

I, the undersigned participant, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mikhail Lantsov, Denver Movement School, its instructors, volunteers, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Environmental Movement Practice sessions, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

I understand that participation in outdoor exercise and movement activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, exposure to weather elements, physical exertion, and contact with natural obstacles. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and acknowledge that I am physically capable of engaging in these activities.

I certify that I have no medical or physical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in these activities. I agree to inform the organizers of any changes to my health status that may affect my ability to participate safely.

By signing this Liability Waiver I consent to being photographed or recorded during sessions and allow the use of my image or voice for educational and promotional purposes. I understand that I may opt out by notifying the instructor in advance.
