2026 RYLA Commitment form

Completion of this form is a commitment by your Rotary Club to financially support a RYLA scholarship for one or more students at the 2026 RYLA events, March 12-15, 2026 and April 9, 2026.

Scholarships are $400.00 per student. Clubs are encouraged to identify students through their local high schools, however if a club is unable to identify students or desires to sponsor additional participants, this form will be used to match commitments with students.

By submitting this form, we agree that if we do not identify the full number of students we have committed to, those funds can be directed to other students in District 6440. Clubs will be billed for the number of students upon submission of this form, and in the event that an adequate number of students cannot be identified, reimbursements will be issued.
