Cancelof
Cove will be hosting two morning markets on over Summer 25/26. Both markets will be held at Dunsborough Foreshore (cross of Dunn Bay Rd and Geo Bay Rd) from 8am to 1pm (morning). Due to the location we will have limited stall spots and will also be allocating an area to food trucks/stalls. Please be mindful of dates and locations when selecting the markets you would like to apply for. Unfortunately due to number limits and the need for a variety of stalls not all applicants will be allocated a position.
Stall Size
Each stall/business must have appropriate market stall insurance and be able to provide a copy to the organisers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All applicants will be notified via email, to let them know if they have been approved for their selection/s of market dates and they will be supplied with joining instructions closer to each event. Within this email will be a new link called “acceptance form” which is form similar to this that needs to be filled out. Please be patient while we sort through the applications and we ask that all stall requests be noted within this form and not in an extra email.
Cove organisers will do their best to allocate space to new businesses and accommodate stalls holders requests to the best of their ability. Please note the stall layout map and selection of stalls at each event is final.
All stall cancellations need to be via email 48 hours prior to the commencement of each market to receive a refund. Any cancellations beyond this point will forfeit their stall fee. In the case that Cove organisers need to cancel the market all stall holders will be refunded their stall fee.
Cove Organisers have the right refuse applicants or suspend them from trading if they mistreat or show inappropriate behaviour to the public, other stall holders or the organisers
Conditions of entry: 1) All marquees must be tied down and or weighted down. 2) Each stall holder must arrive within the allocated set up time otherwise their spot is forfeited 3) Stall holders vehicles must be parked in the allocated parking area 4) Stall holders will not trade with new products that are not within their product range or mentioned on their application. 5) Stall holders must not pack down before the allocated pack down time unless directed to do so by market organisers 6) All due care is to be taken of the grass, trees and area around your stall including removing all rubbish on departure
