    • AAQG Quiltfest is not a juried show.  All submitted quilts are accepted.
    • After submission. you will receive an email from Jotform.com. Save this email for your records.  

    What you need before beginning this form:

    • Quilt Dimensions: Measure your quilt (height and width) in inches.
    • AAQG member number (if a member). Login to AAQG.org and click on your name.  Membership number is displayed on the Card.  
    • Digital photograph of your quilt (jpeg, gif, png, bmp, png, or heic formats.) 
    • Quilt design source information, e.g., pattern name, author, etc.

    Make sure you fill out all the questions. 

    • All questions with a RED asterisk * are required! 
    • If a RED notice indicates an error, please correct that question.

    Can't finish the form in one session?

    • Medium Quilt: (Category 350) Height plus width must be at least 121 inches, and may not exceed 160 inches.  
    • Small Quilt: Height plus width must be at least 41 inches, and may not exceed 120 inches.
    • Miniature: Height plus width may not exceed 40 inches; if blocks are used, maximum block size is 5 inches.
    • Art Quilts Large: Height plus width must be at least 75 inches and may not exceed 240 inches.
    • Art Quilts Small: Height plus width must be less than 75 inches.

    AAQG holds a silent auction each year to benefit the Guild and its mission. The auction occurs during QuiltFest.

    Appraisals may be provided by Marcia Kaylakie, an appraiser certified by the American Quilter's Society. Written appraisals will be completed approximately 3-4 weeks after the show. An appraisal costs $65.00

    Your request to have an appraisal will be sent to Marcia Kaylakie.  She may be reached at: texasquiltgal@gmail.com.  Arrangements for payment and delivery of the completed appraisal will be between the maker and Marcia Kaylakie.

    Appraisals may be provided by Marcia Kaylakie, an appraiser certified by the American Quilter's Society. Written appraisals will be completed approximately 3-4 weeks after the show. An appraisal costs $65.00, payable directly to Marcia. 

    Your request to have an appraisal will be sent to Marcia Kaylakie.  She may be reached at: texasquiltgal@gmail.com.  Arrangements for payment and delivery of the completed appraisal will be between the maker and Marcia Kaylakie.

  • SELL YOUR QUILT

    AAAQ will place "For Sale" on your quilt sign if you wish to sell your quilt at the show. 

    You must enter a suggested sales price in this form.  The suggested price will not be displayed on the quilt sign.  The price and your contact information will be kept at the QuiltFest Information Desk.  All negotiations about price and delivery will be exclusively between the maker and the buyer.  

    By agreeing to sell your quilt at the show you are agreeing to donate 15% of the sales price to the Austin Area Quilt Guild.

  • Release Image and Attestation Statment:

    Images of all entries may be made for AAQG archival purposes. AAQG, as a non-profit, may use quilt images from QuiltFest to raise funds for its goals and purposes. Quilts will be credited, but no compensation will be provided for these uses. No quilt pattern will be produced without written permission.

    All information about my quilt's creation, including design details and influences, is accurately reflected in the entry form.

    By checking the box and/or submitting this form, I agree to allow AAQG to use images of my quilt and certify the accuracy and completeness of the provided information.

    I understand that AAQG will NOT provide insurance to cover any damage to my quilt while my quilt is in the possession of AAQG Capital of Texas QuiltFest. By checking the box below and/or submitting this form, I release AAQG from liability for damages to my quilt.

    Members and non-members may enter QuiltFest. The entry fee is $20 for members and $45 for non-members. Quilts entered in the Junior category by Junior members are free.
