2. Retreat Package Selection

Shared Double Room - $2,300 per person Private Single Room - $2,500 per person

Each package includes:

- Round-trip flights (included only from CVG - Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport) Departures from other airports may incur an additional fee.

- 5-night all-inclusive lodging & meals

- Daily yoga & mindfulness sessions

- Three guided excursions (horseback riding, cenote swim & hike, cultural immersion)

 - All group transportation within Belize

- Handmade souvenir gift

- Transportation to Placencia

*Not included:*

Placencia day pass ($40-$75), optional massages, alcohol, and personal shopping.

3. Payment Terms

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.

Early Bird Discount: Save $250 off your total package when paid in full by December 1, 2025.

Payment options: Zelle (513-546-8830), CashApp ($InoarG), or Cash (by arrangement)

4. Cancellation Policy 

• $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations before Dec 15, 2025: 50% refund (minus deposit)
• Cancellations after Dec 15, 2025: non-refundable.
• Transfer allowed with host approval.
• If canceled by hosts, all payments refunded in full.

5. Travel & Liability 

Participants must hold valid passports (6 months beyond travel recommended). Hosts not responsible for travel delays, medical issues, or lost luggage. Travel insurance recommended. Yoga and excursions are voluntary.

6. Photos & Media Release

By signing below, I consent to the use of photos and videos captured during the retreat for promotional use by Blu Cauthen and Detra McCollum.

I have read, understood, and agree to all retreat terms and conditions.
