This is a structured 4-week launch experience designed specifically for individuals NEW to the travel industry who want to build under an established travel brand and complete Ash Knows Travel University.

This program is not open enrollment and is not intended for currently active travel agents.

Selected ambassadors will participate in a guided March training experience that includes:

• Industry foundations
• Booking systems
• Social media positioning
• Client acquisition strategy
• Revenue roadmap

Ambassadors who successfully complete the first two weeks of onboarding milestones will receive a 4-Night Cruise Travel Voucher as a performance-based launch incentive.
