    Failure to follow these steps will result in your booking being cancelled.

  • Minimum Treatment Investment

  • For all tour appointments, clients should budget a minimum of $1,500–$2,000. This typically covers 4ml–6ml of dermal filler, which is the standard starting range for comprehensive facial balancing. Final treatment plans and total cost are confirmed on the day following in-person assessment and may exceed this range based on individual needs.

  • Consultation

  • All treatment plans are finalised following in-person assessment on the day of your appointment.

    The proposed treatment, number of mls, and total cost may be adjusted based on facial anatomy, clinical judgement, and individual suitability.

  • CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

  • We value your time and ours. All appointments at Klashed Aesthetics are subject to the following terms:

    Booking Retainer

    A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure every appointment. This retainer will be applied toward your treatment on the day. By paying your retainer and submitting your ID, you agree that retainers are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

    Cancellations and No-Shows


    All bookings at Klashed Aesthetics are final. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost, in addition to forfeiting your retainer.

    Any service booked with our Lead Injector is also subject to the same 72 hours (3 days) cancellation policy for standard appointments and will incur a 50% charge of the minimum bespoke package if cancelled.

    If a package is booked, the client must receive that package as scheduled. Treatments cannot be downgraded or exchanged for other services. Clients may upgrade to a higher-value package but downgrades are not permitted.

    Tour Appointments are limited and scheduled around fixed travel dates.

    Tour Cancellations & Rescheduling policy:

    • One reschedule is permitted only if requested more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment and is subject to availability.

    • Any request to reschedule within 7 days of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
      No rescheduling is permitted for same day cancellations or no shows.

    • Any cancellation will result in the booking retainer being forfeited.

    • Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the appointment will not incur additional charges beyond the forfeited booking retainer.

    • Any cancellation made within 7 days of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the minimum package price.

    • No shows and same day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the minimum package price.

    Card Verification Authorisation

    A temporary $1 verification charge may be applied to your card to verify your payment details. This charge is temporary and will be reversed by your card issuer. By proceeding, you authorise this verification charge and confirm that your card may be charged in accordance with our booking, cancellation, and no show policies.

    I understand that cancelling, freezing, or changing my card does not release me from my financial obligations under these terms.

  • Chargebacks:

  • Be aware that we work with an external agency that handles all chargebacks. If a chargeback is filled without valid grounds, the outstanding balance will be escalated for formal debt recovery and will be reported to credit reference agencies, which will place the debt on your credit file. You will be held fully responsible for all recovery fees, administrative costs, interests, and any legal charges incurred during the process.

  • Final Balance

  • The outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of treatment on the day of your appointment. Payment is cash only.

    In the event that a debit or credit card payment is approved at our discretion, a 3% processing fee will apply to all card transactions.

  • Booking Confirmation requirement

    All tour appointments must be confirmed by the client when contacted by Klashed Aesthetics.

    Clients will be contacted 10 days prior to their scheduled appointment via the contact details provided at booking.

    Failure to respond within 48 hours of this contact will result in the appointment being classified as a cancellation.

    Once classified as a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fees under our Tour Cancellation Policy will apply.

    Failure to respond does not pause or extend this deadline. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely communication.

  • Payment Method Selection - ON THE BOOKING PAGE DO NOT SELECT APPLE PAY OR LINK. YOU MUST ENTER YOUR DETAILS MANUALLY.

    You must follow the booking and payment steps exactly as shown in this and the next screens. Bookings completed using Apple Pay or Link are not accepted.
