The undersigned agrees to host kittens provided by Bartholomew County Humane Society (BCHS) on the date and during the time listed above. During this time:
- A BCHS staff member will remain present throughout the entire visit.
- BCHS staff will have kittens in a secure enclosure along with food, water, and a litter box.
- Visitors and staff are welcome and encouraged to hold, cuddle, and play with the kittens under supervision and with gentle care.
- All kittens must be safely returned to their original enclosure and be ready for collection at the previously discussed time.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to all the terms above. I understand that BCHS staff will be responsible for the direct care and wellbeing of the kittens during the visit, while I will provide a safe and welcoming nevironment for the event.
