Overnight parking requests may be denied at the discretion of the Caldwell Police Department. Approval will be granted for one (1) night at a time only, as directed by the Chief of Police.

Residents and their guests are strongly encouraged to lock their vehicles and remove all key fobs and valuables before retiring for the evening.

This submission has been closed in accordance with Borough Ordinance #230-20, which prohibits parking on the roadway between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

All overnight parking requests must be submitted prior to 2:00 a.m. Any vehicle parked on the street after 2:00 a.m. without prior approval may be subject to ticketing.

Please also note Borough Ordinance #230-37, which prohibits parking on snow-covered streets. No person shall park a vehicle upon either side of any public street, or allow any portion of a vehicle to extend into the roadway, when snow accumulation completely covers the roadway and obstructs road markings.

This restriction applies only when snow-covered roadway conditions are present.
