Applicants are advised to read the Small Community Project Grant guidelines available HERE prior to completing this form as applications not meeting the guidelines will be deemed ineligible. All documentation, where requested, must be submitted.

This grant is available year-round, however the total funding pool is limited to $50,000 per financial year.

Note it may take up to six weeks from application to notification of assessment outcome.

The maximum grant for any project is $10,000, however larger requests maybe considered if the project demonstrates significant community benefit, or strong potential to attract additional grant funding.

When this application serves as seed funding to secure additional grant money, Council will release approved funds only once the applicant confirms the project is fully financed. Indicate in the budget income table below any grant funding that is being sought elsewhere. You have up to 12 months to secure all required funding for your project.

Total funding pool for the grant is $50,000 per financial year.
