PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: I grant permission for photos and video recordings taken during camp sessions, rehearsals, performances, and related events to be used by FSCI for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. These materials may appear in print, online, or social media publications produced by FSCI or its partners. I understand that no financial compensation will be provided, that all recordings become the property of FSCI, and that my participation in the program constitutes consent for such use.
CODE OF CONDUCT: The Florida Show Choir Intensive is a collaborative, professional environment designed to inspire growth, creativity, and community among educators. All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and integrity throughout the event. This includes demonstrating courteous behavior toward staff, clinicians, students, and peers; participating fully in sessions and rehearsals; and maintaining an atmosphere of encouragement and inclusion. Harassment, disrespectful language, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Educators are also expected to model the same professionalism expected of their students, both in and out of the classroom and during all camp activities. Failure to follow this policy may result in removal from the program without refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER: By registering for the Florida Show Choir Intensive, participants acknowledge that attendance and participation are voluntary and may involve physical activity such as singing, dancing, and movement exercises. Each participant assumes full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or property loss that may occur during camp activities. The Florida Show Choir Intensive, its directors, staff, clinicians, and partner venues are not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during participation. In the event of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the participant’s emergency contact. By submitting this registration, the participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: All registration fees are non-transferable and due in full at the time of registration. Cancellations made on or before May 1, 2026 will receive a 75% refund of the total registration fee. Cancellations received between May 2 and June 5, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 5, 2026, as preparations and staffing will have been finalized. In the event that the Florida Show Choir Intensive is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, facility issues, or public safety concerns), full refunds will be issued for camp registration fees only. Lodging, travel, or third-party expenses are not refundable through FSCI. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to floridashowchoir@gmail.com)
