    5. School Head Consent Letter for the Mentor, confirming the mentor’s qualifications and role
    6. Proof of teaching load (min. 24 weeks, 6 hours/week, minimum 6 learners)
    7. Proof of English proficiency (CEFR B2 / IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
