Children’s gifts are for children aged 13 years and under.

To be eligible for assistance, you MUST live within the Redlands/Bay Islands or Wynnum/Manly area and be able to show ID with your children’s names on it at collection (e.g. Health Care Card, Medicare Card).

You MUST also provide proof of your children’s ages, such as a birth certificate, school report card, immunisation record, or similar official document.

Applications can include a support letter from a community organisation, school, doctor, or other recognised service to assist with verification.

All supporting documents must be presented on the day of collection along with your Medicare Card.

By completing this application, I acknowledge, accept, and understand that this organisation may collect and use my personal information for the purpose of assessing my eligibility and for reporting, funding, and grant opportunities.

Information provided in your application will be treated confidentially and used only for assessment purposes.
