  • Victory Music – Lesson Terms & Fees

    Lesson Fees:
    Lessons are R525.00 per month (4 lessons). Some months may include a 5th lesson — consider that our gift to you!

    Family Discount:
    Families with more than one member enrolled at Victory Music qualify for a 10% discount on total monthly fees.

    Band Option:
    If enough students are interested, we offer a Band Programme (minimum 4 members per group).

    Fee: R350.00 per person, per month
    Duration: 1 hour per week
    Note: Students are responsible for forming their own groups.

    Attendance Policy:
    A minimum of two lessons per month must be attended to keep your weekly timeslot.

    If only one lesson is attended, you will still be charged for two.
    Exceptions may be made for valid reasons (e.g., illness, family emergency) at our discretion.

    Missed Lessons:
    Catch-up lessons are not guaranteed and depend on teacher availability.

    Cancellations made at least 6 hours before your lesson will not be charged.

    Late cancellations or no-shows will still be charged, and a make-up lesson may not be possible.

    Payments:

    Fees are payable in advance (e.g., payment on 30 January covers February).

    Any adjustments will appear on the following month’s invoice.

    Invoices & Late Fees:
    Invoices are issued on the 28th of each month and are payable by the 7th of the following month.
    A 5% late fee per day will be added if payment is not received and no prior arrangement has been made.


    Annual Print/Registration Fee:
    A once-off annual print fee of R180.00 is due upon registration. This secures your spot for the year.

    To achieve this, we have established this Code of Conduct to outline our shared values and expectations for behaviour.

    Our Code of Conduct serves as a guide for all individuals involved with our organization, including employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and community members. It outlines the standards of conduct we expect from everyone and emphasizes the importance of treating one another with dignity, fairness, and respect.

    At our core, we believe in creating an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. We value diversity in all its forms and are committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals — irrespective of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

    This Code of Conduct is designed to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels safe and valued. It sets the expectations for professional behaviour, communication, and interactions within our organization.

  • Rules


    Time Slots:
    All students have allocated time slots. If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time — you will receive the remaining time of your booked session.

    We cannot accept responsibility to watch children if you are late to pick them up, they are welcome to sit in Studio/Classroom while the next lesson is in progress untill their parent/gaudian arrives.


    Boundaries:

    Students must remain within the designated Victory Music areas and under the supervision of the class overseer at all times.


    Food and Drinks:
    Food and drinks must be consumed outside and away from instruments.
    (No food in the studio. Drinks in sealable containers are welcome.)


    Substances:
    No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed on the premises.


    Personal Belongings:
    Each person is responsible for their own belongings.


    Safety:
    No running inside the building.

    Drop-off and Parking:

    Please use Van Reenen Street for quick drop-and-go.
    Parents and students may park inside the premises before 17:00.
    After 17:00, please park across the bridge under the trees next to Robertson High School.

    For the Student:
    We will arrive on time for the start of each session.
    We will respect all people and their property. (You break it — you buy it!)
    We will use appropriate language at all times.
    We will value and respect all forms of music.
    We will show respect for and cooperate with our Music School Teachers.
    We will take responsibility for our own learning.
