Approvals go out based on the time of applications, event needs, clients' specific requests, menu, and your current status with Food Truck Next.
An approval email is sent out once you are selected, an invoice is sent to your email on file, and a 50% deposit is required to confirm your spot. (Multiple cancellations, lack of response to emails, and late payments are all factors in maintaining a goodstanding with FTN)
Payments must be submitted on time. If you missed the deadline, you may reapply if space is still available.
City of Goodyear Vendor Booking Limitation
Due to City of Goodyear event guidelines and to ensure fair access and opportunities for a variety of vendors, food vendors may be approved for a maximum of two (2) City of Goodyear–hosted events per calendar year.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Vendor selection is based on availability, event needs, product diversity, and prior participation. If a vendor has already reached the two-event limit for City of Goodyear events, their application may be deferred or declined for additional City of Goodyear dates.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Food vendors should be prepared to provide a valid current COI if requested
Multi-Date Review Fee $15 non-refundable
This covers administrative review for up to 12 event dates, including vendor screening, placement consideration, and scheduling coordination.
This fee helps us limit duplicate or non-serious submissions and ensures timely review for active vendors.
The $15 fee doesn't guarantee acceptance.

Due to the high volume of applications, only approved vendors will be contacted.
Refunds are not issued if you do not attend an event, and after completing payment, refunds or transfers are at the discretion of Food Truck Next and its partners.
