USTA Community Tennis Associations (CTAs) are not-for-profit, volunteer-based organizations supporting programs that grow the game of tennis. Our organization is comprised of a staff and volunteer team including an Executive Board and Committees.  Persons who compete in CATA sponsored events are members of the Corporation. All Members in good standing and 19 years of age or over shall be entitled to vote on matters submitted to a vote of the Members and entitled to receive notice of the Annual Meeting of Members and any special meetings of the Members duly called as provided herein.
