Fairwinds Family Camp is located in Maine in a beautiful traditional summer camp setting on a pristine lake. Fairwinds is located just under three hours from Boston. For the safety and privacy of our campers, exact location is given to enrolled families only.

Each morning at camp, children spend three hours (9am - 12pm) in camper activity groups led by counselors. Is there anything you would like counselors to know about working with your child(ren)? Camper groups include children aged ~5-14--if one of your children falls outside this range, let's chat!

Please note: The campus is not ADA accessible. Most camp buildings have 3-10 steps. Walking paths and fields include uneven ground. Please contact us with any questions.

Payment
The all-inclusive cost of Fairwinds Family Camp, with meals, lodging in a private cabin, activities, and lots of fun and community, is $4,035 for a family of up to 4 people. Each additional family member beyond 4 is $535.

The payment schedule is below. If you would like to request a different payment plan, please email director@fairwindsfamilycamp.com. Once you submit your application, we will send payment information to your email address with the above information.

$1,000 deposit due January 5th, 2026

$1,000 due March 1, 2026

Final balance due May 1, 2026

Refunds:

75% of full fee through March 1, 2026

50% of full fee March 2 - May 1, 2026

25% of full fee May 2 - June 1, 2026

No refunds after June 1.
Fairwinds Family Camp Statement of Understanding/Release:

The information on this form is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if information listed on any of the forms I've signed changes prior to the start of camp, I will notify Fairwinds Family Camp. I understand that Fairwinds Family Camp is not responsible for my personal items. On behalf of my family, I voluntarily accept all risk and responsibilities of my family's participation in Fairwinds Family Camp, and I hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, covenant not to sue and covenant to indemnify Fairwinds Family Camp, its trustees, officers, agents, employees and contractors, and all other persons associated with Fairwinds Family Camp with respect to any and all liability for any harm, injury, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever. This release shall be interpreted under and governeed by the laws of the State of Maine. My signature below states that I fully understand and agree to this Statement of Understanding/Release.
