AIO 2026 Call for Performance Proposals

Proposal deadline: Monday, November 24, 2025, at 5 p.m.

The Ohio Arts Council’s Arts Impact Ohio conference is coming to Cincinnati in 2026, and we’re looking for local performing artists to bring their talent and energy to the event. These performances typically last 10-20 minutes and take place throughout the three-day conference. We welcome proposals from Cincinnati-area soloists and ensembles (up to 20 performers) of all ages, backgrounds, and performance styles.

If you or your ensemble is interested in performing at Arts Impact Ohio 2026, submit a proposal by Monday, November 24, at 5 p.m.

Here’s what you’ll need to complete the form:

Basic contact info for the individual performer or group
A short bio or description of the ensemble (125 words or less)
A description of the performance style
Video links to past performances
