Check In Responsibilities:
- Check in each student as they arrive
- Have the Runners take the student to their seats (using the seating map to help) to get into their costumes
- No parents are allowed past the check in area unless they are parent helpers with a name tag
Runners Responsibilities:
- Take students to their seats (using seating map)
- Take the student's seating tag once they are with their class
Ticket Checkers Responsibilities:
- Doors open 30 minutes before Curtain (check with Karyn before opening doors via backstage right or text/call)
- No one is allowed in the auditorium until doors open
- Verify mobile tickets (look at their phone) and take paper tickets if they printed them
