🎄Join us for two special events as we spread Christmas cheer to the 90 residents of Hammond Nursing Home!
✂️ PARADE PREP & CRAFT DAY

📅 Friday, Dec. 5

⏰ 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

📍 PARD Pavilion & Playground – Ponchatoula

Families will make Christmas cards and simple crafts for the residents.

Some card-making materials will be provided, but families are encouraged to bring their own craft supplies or kits if they’d like to create additional items.

You’re welcome to share materials if you wish, but it’s not required.

Please no glitter. Bring lunch or snacks and water for your family.

☔ If it rains, the event may be postponed or moved to the Amite Library.

🎶 CHRISTMAS WAGON PARADE

📅 Friday, Dec. 12

⏰ Arrive 9:30–9:45 AM • Parade starts 10:00 AM

📍 Hammond Nursing Home – 501 Old Covington Hwy

Dress festive, decorate your wagon, and bring parade-style throws (beads, trinkets, stickers, or small toys) along with any handmade cards or simple crafts to share with residents.

Please no hard or tiny candies for safety.

Arrive by 9:30 to set up your wagon or float and be ready to roll at 10:00!

Parents must stay with their children at all times.
