At the heart of Opulence on Wheels is Cadet Unit 900, a youth leadership and law enforcement training program that shapes the future of Pinellas County’s public safety professionals. Cadets gain hands-on experience in investigations, forensics, and leadership guided by dedicated deputies who mentor them toward careers of service and integrity.
