2026 Katie Hein Leadership Stipend Program Application

CEFMA is now accepting applications for the Katie Hein Leadership Stipend Program to attend the 2026 Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV.

Stipend funds will cover the following expenses to support members' attendance at the Convention:

Three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the Mandalay Bay Resort (room & tax only)
2026 Convention registration

Applications will be evaluated based upon the information submitted, and stipends will be awarded with sensitivity toward balanced representation in a number of categories including, but not limited to, ethnicity, gender, division, past Convention attendance, length of membership, length of service within the collegiate events and facility industry, and financial need.

Applicants MUST be current dues-paying members of CEFMA in order to be considered.

Information on the 2026 Convention as it becomes available can be found HERE. CEFMA programming will begin late afternoon on Sunday, June 7 and will conclude midday on Wednesday, June 10.

The deadline to submit applications is Monday, December 1. Applications will be reviewed by the CEFMA leadership and recipients will be notified in January.
