    Thank you for choosing to shop for children and youth supported by the Durham Children’s Aid Foundation. Together, we’re bringing warmth, dignity, and joy to local families this holiday season. Please complete the short form below, once submitted, you’ll receive drop-off details and shopping guidelines by email.
    • Choose Who You’d Like to Shop For This Holiday Season 

    • Each age group represents real families we’re preparing for this season. When all children in a category have been supported, that group will display All Matched – Thank You!

    • Shopping Guidelines  

    • To make each gift bundle special, please include:
      • Something to wear – pajamas, a cozy or holiday outfit, or warm accessories
      • Something to do – a book, game, or creative activity
      • Something they wish for – a larger item they’ll be excited to open
      • A $50 grocery gift card – to help the family enjoy a special holiday meal

      Please also include gift wrap or a reusable gift bag and a small roll of tape, so caregivers can wrap gifts with love.

      Please follow signs to the designated donor drop-off location upon arrival.

      Dates:
      Monday, December 1 – Tuesday, December 9, 2025

      Regular Drop-Off Hours (by appointment only):
      9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

      Extended Hours:
      Wednesday, December 3
      8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

      Final Drop-Off Window:
      Tuesday, December 9
      9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

      Please note:

      All donor drop-offs are by appointment only.
      We are happy to try to accommodate an earlier drop-off time if requested in advance.
      The drop-off window will close promptly at 12:30 p.m. on December 9.
      The remainder of the day (12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) will be reserved for shop setup in preparation for caregiver, worker, and parent shopping days.

    • Tax Receipt Information  

    • If you’d like a charitable tax receipt:
      • Keep all receipts for shopping items only (we will ask you to upload them later)
      • Avoid including unrelated purchases on the same receipt
      • If donating as a group, please use our Group Excel form or submit online using the link provided

    • Your contribution allows our team to leverage bulk purchasing to fill gaps and ensure every child receives a balanced, equitable gift bundle.

      A gift of $150 provides one complete child bundle, including a grocery gift card.
