Hair and MU artist application
Please fill out this form to be considered an official hair and makeup artist for the 2026 Miss Ultimate USA National Pageant, July 13-18, 2026 in Orlando, FL at the Caribe Royale. Being on our Official list gives you access to a hair and makeup room that is only for approved vendors. We want to allow all of our Hair and Makeup Approved Artists to have a full client list and also have space to work, because of this we will limit the number of approved vendors. As an approved HMU artists you will have a HMU vendor badge, you will have access to our dedicated HMU room that is near the Dressing Room, you will also be listed on our website, social medias, and Private Facebook group. There will be a charge of $150 to be an approved HMU artist. As an approved vendor we ask that you pay the charge of $150 AND provide a gift for our National Queens (this can either be a physical gift to all 6 queens, or providing HMU for one of the days at Nationals). If you are NOT approved as a HMU artist you will NOT be allowed to do Hair and Makeup ANYWHERE but your room in the hotel. You will not be allowed to be in hallways, dressing rooms, chairs in lobby, etc. If not approved you will only be allowed to do HMU services in your own hotel room.
