2025 Civic Champion Award Nomination (presented to a municipal employee)

This nomination is for the CIVIC CHAMPION AWARD.

It is presented to an employee or elected official of a member municipality for outstanding service to the respective city and our broader community.

A Civic Champion will be named for each member city.

To be eligible, the person must have worked/served during 2025.

Finalist nominees will be recognized at the Holiday Luncheon on December 11 and the awards will be presented at the Evening of Accolades on January 27, 2026.

Self nominations are welcome.

ALL NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NOVEMBER 10, 2025.
