Vendor Registration
Welcome! The registration fee is $900 for WSTA Associate Members and $1,400 for Non-Members. The fee includes 8'x 8' booth space with pipe and drape, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and meals for one person. Additional attendees can be added.
**Associate Members in good standing are able to register early starting December 14th.**
*Non-Associate Members and all others can start registering on January 1st*
Late registration fees take effect on February 1st, 2026.
Invoicing & Payment
**Please note invoices will be emailed to you after the first of the year and after your registration has been processed**
We appreciate your patience. All payments must be received by Monday, March 23rd, 2026.
At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments.
