    Welcome! The registration fee is $900 for WSTA  Associate Members and $1,400 for Non-Members. The fee includes 8'x 8' booth space with pipe and drape, one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and meals for one person. Additional attendees can be added. 

    **Associate Members in good standing are able to register early starting December 14th.**

    *Non-Associate Members and all others can start registering on January 1st*

    Late registration fees take effect on February 1st, 2026.

    Invoicing & Payment
    **Please note invoices will be emailed to you after the first of the year and after your registration has been processed**

    We appreciate your patience. All payments must be received by Monday, March 23rd, 2026.

    At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments.

     Lodging
    You will receive a confirmation email with lodging information and a link to complete your booking online.

  • Additional Associate Member attendees are $225 per person and Non-Associate Member attendees are $300. Please add them below. If you need to register more than three, please contact us.

  • Please let us know the following for planning purposes:

  • Would you like to present a 15 minute or less vendor demo presentation? The focus is on the latest industry innovations and technology and not meant to be sales pitches. You must indicate your presentation topic along with a brief summary of your topic and contact person if interested. If you do not submit the necessary materials requested you will be ineligible for a presentation slot. *Sponsors will receive first speaking slots followed by Associate Members as time allows.

  • Vehicle Display Information

    WSTA will have a dedicated area outside for displaying vehicles at this year's show. WSTA kindly asks that you please be specific with length, width & height) when filling out your registration form.

    Please note with vehicle spacing the priority will be given in the following order: Sponsors, Associate Member first come first serve followed by Non-Associate Member first come first serve.

Associate Members will receive an email with an invoice attached for their Associate Member dues in January.

                              • WSTA Cancelation Policy
                                The deadline for cancelations is February 16, 2026. Cancelations must be made in writing via email; they cannot be taken over the phone. Any exhibitor canceling booth space before February 16, 2026, will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee and credit card transaction fee (if payment was made with a credit card). Any company canceling after February 16, 2026, or any no-shows forfeits the entire cost (no exceptions) and will be billed in full.

                                WSTA Payment Policy
                                All payments must be received by March 20, 2026. Payment methods include check, Visa or MasterCard via our website. *Please note invoices will be emailed to you after your registration has processed.

                                Reasonable ADA Request:
                                WSTA outlines its Title VI and ADA policy as well as a place to file a Title VI and ADA complaint on the "About" page on our website: https://watransit.com/about.
