Vaccine Consent - Claremont Colleges

This registration is for the 2025-26 COVID-19 or Flu vaccine at the Claremont Colleges on November 7, 2025.

We have Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax) for ages 12 and up and both Regular and High Dose Flu.

We are not able to bill Kaiser, or some out of state or closed network plans.
