• When should I book my flight?
   → Between December–February for best pricing.
            • Is my flight included with the package?
  → No, all attendees are responsible for their own flight.
            • Can I share a room with a friend or family member?
   → Yes, shared suites are available only for friends/family booking together.
            • Are meals, lodging and airport transport included?
   → Yes, everything from your room/board, excursions, welcome dinner to your farewell brunch is included.
            • Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
   → No, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies. If you used Klarna or Affirm, they will manage all payment plans, billing, and adjustments directly. De’iona Monay does not control or modify Klarna or Affirm payment schedules, cancellations, or refunds. Direct all plan questions to Klarna or Affirm support. Guests who book via Klarna or Affirm will receive any eligible refund directly from that provider, per their terms.
            • Do I get a refund if the retreat is cancelled?
 → Yes, if unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel or postpone the retreat (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, safety concerns): you may choose between a refund or a credit toward a future retreat.
