By signing below, I agree to make payments to Eternity Bible College in the amount outlined in my Populi student account. I further agree to make these payments to Eternity Bible College on or before the dates specified in the payment schedule in my Populi student account. NOTE: this only sets up the plan - you must still either make the payments manually or set up recurring payments in Populi after the payment plan is established. The four payment dates for the upcoming spring semester are January 23rd, February 20th, March 20th, and April 17th. I understand that if I do not make a payment on time I may incur a $50 late payment fee each time I am late making a payment. I understand that if I am late on multiple payments I may not be allowed to sign up for a payment plan next semester.

I understand the consequences that will be brought against me if the contract is violated. Additional consequences could be: account handed to a collection agency and/or expulsion from the College. I agree to pay the fees and costs that the College may incur in the collection of my balance owed as well as a competitive interest rate on the amount owed.

I understand that by signing I affirm everything that is written above and that I am now responsible for remembering all due dates.
