  • Feijóo Ballet School presents: Master Classes with ATTILA JOEY CSIKI

    January 24 & 25, 2026.
  • Attila Joey Csiki is an internationally acclaimed dance educator and choreographer, most recently presenting his choreography at the prestigious Puccini Festival in Tuscany, Italy.

Recognized for his versatility as a performer, he was a member of the original Broadway cast of Christopher Wheeldon’s An American in Paris, a production that earned four Tony Awards, seven Drama Desk Awards, and six Outer Critics Circle Awards.

Born in Brantford, Ontario, Attila is of Hungarian and American descent. His dance journey began at the age of three at Phillips Dance Studio, followed by training with the Canadian Dance Company and the Joanne Chapman School of Dance. After performing with the Disney World Company in Los Angeles, Orlando, and Tokyo, he further honed his craft upon receiving a full scholarship to train at the School of American Ballet—the official training institution of the New York City Ballet.

Attila's professional career took him to the Tokyo Ballet, where he had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most distinguished choreographers, including George Balanchine, Jiří Kylián, Sir Peter Wright, and Maurice Béjart. Following five successful years in Japan, he went on to perform with prominent companies such as Ballet du Capitole in Toulouse, France; Christopher Wheeldon’s Morphoses; Bad Boys of Dance; and the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company.

As a sought-after dance educator and choreographer, Attila has collaborated with renowned institutions such as The Juilliard School, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Florida State University, the Alabama School of Fine Arts, La Scala in Milan, and the China National Ballet.

Currently, Attila is on faculty with the Universal Ballet Competition and serves as a guest master teacher at The Rock School for Dance Education.

Attila is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design and now owner of Studio Attila - a New York City based Interior Design company.
