Code of Conduct
I understand that Officer Training Conferences (OTC) are alcohol/drug-free, and I agree to not bring, use, or consume alcohol during the program's entirety. I further agree to participate in all activities. I also understand that I must abide by the Kappa Alpha Order Risk Management Policy and any violations of these expectations and the Alcohol/Drug Policy will result in my immediate dismissal from the conference at my own expense. I understand that any damage that occurs in any hotel room that my chapter reserves will be our responsibility to pay the cost of the repairs. I understand that any other conduct that does not properly represent the Order in a positive light is subject to your dismissal from OTC at your my expense. I will be mindful and respectful of everyone that I interact with throughout the conference and will continue to make the Order proud.
