Maintenance and Facilities Committee Meeting (Tues., March 31, 2026): The registration fee is $175, which includes breakfast, lunch, coffee/beverage service, committee group dinner on Tuesday, along with meeting room rental, a/v rental, tax, and meeting materials.
Spring Maintenance Forum (Wed., & Thurs., April1-2, 2026): The registration fee is $225, which includes two breakfasts, one lunch on Wednesday, room rental, a/v rental, tax, and meeting materials.
Registration Deadline Friday, February 27th, 2026:
A late fee will be assessed if registering after February 27th, this is subject to change. Payment methods include checks or credit cards.
Invoicing & Payment

At the time of invoicing, a sales tax rate will be applied to your registration based on the location of the meeting. This adjustment reflects a new Washington State law effective October 1, 2025 which now classifies live presentations (such as seminars, workshops, committee meetings, and conferences) as taxable retail sales. Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments.
Lodging:
WSTA has a room block at the Tulalip Resort for the discounted rate of $149 per night. Once registered, you will receive lodging information to reserve your room.
