This partnership intends to build mutual visibility and foster positive, inclusive coverage that aligns with the spiritual, creative, and community-focused mission of the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire.

As an approved Media Partner, We the Event agrees to:

Recognize your outlet as an Official Media Partner on the event website, printed program, and digital materials.
Provide up to two complimentary weekend passes for coverage.
Offer access to interview opportunities and press areas as available.
Share or tag Partner coverage on official event social media where appropriate.

As a Media Partner, you agree to:

Publish or share at least one piece of pre-event or event coverage, such as an article, podcast episode, or social media feature.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful tone in all coverage that reflects the spiritual and magickal focus of the event.
Avoid political or discriminatory commentary that does not align with our community’s values.
Use the official event name, “Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire,” in all coverage.

Mutual Understanding:
This partnership involves no financial exchange unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Both parties agree to collaborate in good faith and communicate professionally throughout the process.
