  • Vendor Rules and Requirements:
    Please review the following guidelines before submitting your registration. By completing this form, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all event policies listed below:

    General Rules:

    Electricity: Power is not provided. Vendors must make their own arrangements if electricity is needed.
    Respect for Service Members: During our 12:00 PM flyover and National Anthem, all vendors are asked to pause operations to honor our country and servicemen.
    First Responders: We kindly ask that all on-duty police officers, EMS, and firefighters be offered a complimentary meal or beverage as a thank-you for their service.
    Alcohol Sales: Absolutely no alcohol sales are permitted at any time.
    Clean-Up: Vendors are expected to remain for the full duration of the event and clean up their area completely before departure.

    Payment: Vendor fees are due one week prior to the event. Invoices will be sent via Square once your registration is received.

    We also accept Zelle payments — please Zelle to 407-234-4592 with your business name and "event name" in the payment memo.

    Food Vendor Requirements:

    Food vendors will only be approved once the following documentation is received and attached below:

    • Proof of insurance
    • Food manager certification
    • Food license information

    Failure to submit required documentation or payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your vendor space.
