A $50 non refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking your event. When ordering a hand painted banner, full payment is due when booking.
A delivery fee is added to all bookings, except for those options that client has chosen to pick up.
Booking fee goes towards your grand total and all pending balances (if any) must be paid 4 days prior to event date. We will not set up at your event if pending balance is not paid off. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, 50% of the "pending balance" will be refunded if your booking is already paid for.
Client is responsible for any and all damages to our stands, backdrops, backdrop covers/drapes, cake stands, chairs, rugs, florals or other items considered as "rental" items, that may have been broken or damages during the duration of the rental set up.
