The attorney fee for preparation and signing of seller documents is $395. Short sales include an additional $350 (if applicable
The remote closing fee is $300 for seller documents. The transaction fee is $135 (included for obtaining payoff/HOA statements, administration, deed preparation, and all necessary affidavits as required by law.
The lien release fee is $35 each. After 5 payoffs, there is an additional $35 for each payoff after. This does not include recording fees, taxes or assessments that may be due to a third party.
An additional $125 will be applied for preparation of LLC Resolution documents.
An additional fee of $150 plus recording fee will be applied for preparation of Certificate of Trust documents.

- To accommodate client schedules, particularly for NC properties, a closing agent may beused to conduct the signing of your documents. As is required, our attorneys are involved in all title certifications and processes leading up to the signing of documents, and available for questions. While rare, sometimes the signing agent may involve an additional fee.
