         NORTHWEST OKC CHAMBER HALL OF HONOR. 

     The Hall of Honor is the Chamber's highest and most enduring award.

    It has been presented each year since 1954 to many leaders of the community and the Chamber. It recognizes an individual who has demonstrated significant service to our community and achievements over many years. They have earned career recognitions deserving of state or national acclaim. Each Hall of Honor member has made a substantial and enduring impact on the Northwest Metro Community. 

    This award will be presented at the Evening of Accolades on January 27, 2026. 

    Self nominations are welcome. 

    ALL NOMINATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY NOVEMBER 10, 2025. 

  • Nominee finalists will be asked to provide some additional information for consideration.

    Lou Carmichael - Variety Care 20+ years

    Bruce Stone - Former City Manager of The Village 20+ years

    Dr. Tom Friedemann - Former Superintendent of Francis Tuttle Technology Center 20+ years

    Carol Gray - Director of Mission & Culture at Bethany Children's Health Center 40+ years 

    Connie Thrash McGoodwin - Executive Director of Dale Rogers Training Center for 40 years

    John Shugart - Former City Manager of Bethany 17 years 

    Caroline Gist - Former Executive Director of Putnam City Schools Foundation, Past Chamber Chair 15+ years
