    Pease let us know if you believe the mould issue at your property poses a significant or emergency hazard. This helps us prioritise your booking and ensure your property remains safe and compliant under the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab’s Law. Emergency Hazard: These situations require immediate attention where mould is causing or likely to cause serious health risks or property damage. Booking will be scheduled within 24 hours. If confirmed as an emergency, safety work will be carried out immediately to make the area safe. Significant Hazard: These cases involve substantial mould growth or ongoing damp conditions that may affect health or building materials if left untreated. Booking will be arranged within 10 days. The issue will be fully investigated, with a written summary provided and safety work completed within 5 working days of confirmation.

If you are unsure, our team will review the information provided and recommend the most appropriate treatment following assessment.   • Mould Remediation & Moisture Management Survey

    If you are unsure about the extent or cause of the mould issue within your property, you may request a professional mould remediation and moisture management survey. During the survey, our technician will carry out an on-site assessment to identify the likely causes of mould growth, which may include condensation, ventilation deficiencies, insulation issues, or building defects allowing moisture ingress.The survey may include moisture readings, environmental assessment, ventilation review, and inspection of affected areas. Following the inspection, a report will be provided outlining the findings along with recommended remedial measures and guidance on long-term mould prevention.
