This helps us prioritise your booking and ensure your property remains safe and compliant under the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab’s Law. Emergency Hazard: These situations require immediate attention where mould is causing or likely to cause serious health risks or property damage. Booking will be scheduled within 24 hours. If confirmed as an emergency, safety work will be carried out immediately to make the area safe. Significant Hazard: These cases involve substantial mould growth or ongoing damp conditions that may affect health or building materials if left untreated. Booking will be arranged within 10 days. The issue will be fully investigated, with a written summary provided and safety work completed within 5 working days of confirmation.
