Women United VOICE Awards

The V.O.I.C.E. Award honors women whose leadership is not only seen — it is felt. These are the women who turn vision into possibility, possibility into action, and action into meaningful change across Palm Beach County.

This award celebrates a woman who demonstrates:

Vision – setting a clear path forward
Opportunity – opening doors for others
Impact – creating measurable change
Commitment – investing deeply in her community
Empowerment – lifting others and amplifying their voice

Two awards will be presented at the 2026 Voices of Impact Celebration on March 5, 2026:

🟦 STEWARD OF IMPACT AWARD
A woman who contributes her time, talents, or philanthropic resources to uplift and strengthen Palm Beach County.

Nominee Criteria:
- Creates measurable community impact through volunteerism or philanthropy
- Exemplifies United Way of Palm Beach County’s mission and values
- Demonstrates excellence in all VOICE areas
🟧 CHAMPION OF IMPACT AWARD
A woman in public or nonprofit leadership whose professional excellence drives countywide progress.

Nominee Criteria:
- Demonstrates significant community impact through professional service, leadership, or corporate social responsibility
- Integrates United Way’s mission and values into her professional environment
- Demonstrates excellence in all VOICE areas
  Note: Nominees do not need to be Women United members.
